30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund, provided the conditions below are met.
Digital Products (Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products (including presets, overlays, LUTs, digital bundles, and courses):
- Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
- If you experience a technical issue (corrupt file, incorrect download, access problem), we will:
- Fix the issue, or
- Re-send the files, or
- Provide store credit if the issue cannot be resolved.
Refunds for digital products may only be considered if:
- The product was not downloaded, and
- The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.
Photography Equipment (Physical Products)
We accept returns for physical photography equipment under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Downloaded digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Products returned outside the 30-day window
